The Honourable Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs,Senator Dr. George Akume, fnim joins family, friends, professional colleagues, associates and well wishers of Chief General Atom Kpera(Rtrd) in celebrating his 80th birthday, describing him as a great Tiv son, a great soldier of multiple medals of honour and a title holder in Tivland.
