Fruits sellers at the Ekpene Ikpan Junction in Nsit Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, today smiled to the bank, as Governor Udom Emmanuel boost their businesses with financial support.
The Governor, who was returning from an official engagement, made a stopover at the junction and bought some fruits from the traders.
This is not the first time Governor Emmanuel is patronizing the fruits sellers, who has described him as their most supportive customer over the years.
The Governor, who is a banker and financial expert, also took time to interact with the fruits sellers, assuring them his administration will continue to provide a conducive environment for the growth of their businesses.
In an interview, some of them described today as the most rewarding day and wished the Government House could be relocated to the area, so that they could be selling their fruits to the Governor Emmanuel on daily basis.
