APPOINTMENT OF HON. AMB (DR) ARMSTRONG MOSES OTU AS THE NOLLYWOOD AMBASSADOR OF THE ATIKU CARE FOUNDATION ( ACF).
The Board of Directors of the Atiku Care Foundation has graciously approved the appointment of Hon. Amb (Dr) Armstrong Moses Otu as the Nollywood Ambassador of the Foundation.
Hon. Amb.(Dr) Armstrong Moses Otu hails from Idung Udofa in Usung Inyang, in Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate at QUA IBOE CHURCH (QIC)
PRIMARY SCHOOL, in Usung Inyang, Eket, and his Senior Secondary School Certificate at ST FRANCIS SECONDARY SCHOOL, Ikot Ataku- Okon Eket, all in Eket
Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. He obtained his Bsc in Catering and
Hotel Management under Food & Nutrition at Sung Hwah University Soel, South Korea. He further Obtained his National Innovation Diploma (NID) in Media &
Performing Arts and Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication all at MAURID POLYTECHNIC Mbiaso in Afaha Afiong, Nsit Ibom Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.
He has over 22 years experience and active practice in the Nigerian Movie Industry
(Nollywood). He is an active member, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN),
Co-founder and second National President Akwacross Indigenous FilmFoundation (ACIFF)
Founder, Visioner/International President Ibom Actors Forum (IAF)
World wide. Stakeholder and member Board of Trustees Akwa Ibom State Indigenous
Movie Industry.
Organized and Trained over 500 Akwa Ibom Indigenes in Lagos on the basics and rudimentary processes of Movie Casting and Acting. He also trained over 200 Akwa Ibom Indigenes on Movie Production and Marketing. Under Akwacross
Indigenous Film Foundation (ACIFF). Embarked on the tour of the 31 Local Government Areas of Akwa Ibom State on a 3day workshop each LG training over 10,000 youths. Also trained over 500 youths on Script
Writing, Movie Production and Directing. Under Ibom Actors Forum (IAF) World wide. A key player and stakeholder in Akwa Ibom Entertainment Industry and over 150,000 youths across the Federation Nigeria.

In 2011, he was Visioner/Initiator Entertainment Stars (E-Stars) endorsed Godswill Obot Akpabio. ( The Then PDP Gubernatorial Candidate) Organized and mobilized over 45 Entertainment Stars with over 10000 entertainers to support and endorse his candidacy. 2012 – 2014 mobilized over 1,000,000 youths across the 31 LGA of Akwa Ibom State for
2015 elections. under “AKWAIBOM YOUTHS EARNESTLY ASK FOR THE NEXT GOVERNOR (AYEAFONG 2015). He also organized a youth peace summit tagged “AKWAIBOM
YOUTH 4 PEACE 2015” which hosted over 5000 Akwa Ibom youths at Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Hall. Since 2015, he has worked as Founder and International President
