Honourable Minister of State For Petroleum Resources and former governor of Bayelsa state, His Excellency Timipre Sylva congratulates the newly crowned Paramount Ruler of Ikibiri community HRH Chief Maurice Lagos.

In a parade of drums and colours, Youths and women of Ikibiri affirmed their appreciation to Sylva for building all internal roads in the community as governor and appointing a son of Ikibiri as Special Assistant.
