A large-scale attack by Russia on Ukraine has resulted in at least six fatalities, with over 100 missiles and 100 attack drones launched, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Russia claims to have used high-precision weapons to target energy infrastructure, leading to power and water outages in numerous Ukrainian cities.
Retaliatory Measures
The attack comes three weeks after Ukraine’s incursion into Russia’s Kursk region, prompting Moscow to vow retaliation.

In March, the operational director of the energy company DTEK noted that Russia’s missile attacks were increasingly accurate, with devastating results. Kyiv residents reported blackouts this morning, after a month of almost uninterrupted power.
